What it is
If your pet is hurt or suddenly unwell, call us straight away on 0117 496 0321. The line is answered 24 hours a day by a vet or nurse, who will tell you what to do and have a room ready for you.
When your pet needs it

- Bleeding that will not stop
- Suspected poisoning
What to expect
- Step 1: Call usTell us what has happened. We will tell you if you need to come in.
- Step 2: TravelWe will tell you how to move your pet safely.
- Step 3: Straight inWe meet you at the door and assess your pet at once.
How to prepare
- Bring any packaging if your pet has eaten something
- Keep your pet warm and as still as possible
