Nº 01 · BRISTOL'S INDEPENDENT VETSCATS · DOGS · BIRDS · SMALL PETS · EXOTICS
We're an independent clinic for cats, dogs, rabbits, birds and the occasional bearded dragon. Calm rooms, unhurried appointments, and vets who explain things clearly.
Every species gets its own approach, from how we hold them to the kit we use. Pick yours to see what we offer.
A full nose-to-tail check once or twice a year, with time to talk. A wellness check is a relaxed, hands-on look at your pet when they are well.
Core and lifestyle vaccines, with reminders so boosters never slip. Vaccines protect your pet from serious infectious diseases such as parvovirus, cat flu and myxomatosis.
Scale and polish, X-rays and extractions under careful anaesthesia. Most pets over three have some dental disease, and they are very good at hiding the pain it causes.
Neutering, lump removals and soft-tissue surgery in our own theatre. We carry out routine and soft-tissue surgery in our dedicated theatre, from neutering to lump removals and wound repairs.
In-house bloods, digital X-ray and ultrasound, with same-day answers. When something is not right, tests help us find out why.
Gentle clips, nail trims and de-matting by patient nurses. Our nurses offer gentle health grooming: nail clips, de-matting, sanitary trims and coat checks.
Weight plans and diet advice that fit your pet and your budget. We help you choose the right food and amounts for your pet's age, breed and health, and run friendly weight clinics with regular weigh-ins..
Help with anxiety, reactivity and toileting troubles. Pain ruled out first. Behaviour changes are often a sign that something is wrong.
Longer appointments, arthritis and kidney checks for older pets. Older pets need a little more time.
Urgent care 24 hours a day. Call first, and we'll have a room ready. If your pet is hurt or suddenly unwell, call us straight away on 0117 496 0321.
Four vets, nine nurses, and between them eleven pets of their own. Pick a vet to book with them.

Biscuit stopped eating on a Sunday night. They answered on the second ring, saw us within the hour and explained every step without making me feel silly.
Finding a vet who properly knows birds is hard. Dr John B. Doe handled Mango like he had known her for years. She even let him trim her beak.
Pickle is fourteen and hates the car. The senior appointment was long, quiet and calm, and we left with a plan for her kidneys we can actually stick to.
